Cookie Policy

Summary

This application uses one cookie. It exists to keep you signed in. We use no analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, no pixels, and no fingerprinting.

That is also why you see no cookie banner here. Under the ePrivacy Directive, consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for. Ours is strictly necessary, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of.

The cookie we set

Name

olbra_session

Purpose

Identifies your signed-in session so pages you request return your data and not someone else’s.

Category

Strictly necessary

Set by

Olbra ApS (first party). Not shared with anyone.

Contents

An opaque, signed session identifier. It carries no personal data and cannot be read to learn anything about you.

Attributes

HttpOnly (unreadable by scripts), Secure (sent over HTTPS only), SameSite=Lax (not sent on cross-site requests), Path=/

Lifetime

30 days, extended while you keep using the application. Deleted when you sign out.

Blocking it

You can block or delete this cookie in your browser settings. The application will then be unable to keep you signed in, so onboarding, your dashboard and redemption will not work. There is no version of the service that functions without it.

What we do not do

  • We do not use analytics or performance-measurement cookies.
  • We do not use advertising, retargeting or conversion-tracking cookies.
  • We do not embed third-party scripts that set cookies of their own.
  • We do not use web beacons, tracking pixels or device fingerprinting.
  • We do not use local storage to persist your onboarding data — it is held server-side against your account.

Separately from cookies, and as any web service must, our servers log the IP address and user agent of requests, and we record them against security-relevant events such as sign-in. That is described in our privacy policy, not here, because it is not done with cookies.

Changes and contact

If we ever introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and update this policy first. Questions: [email protected].
