Your claim on the issuer

EURY, PLNY and USDY are e-money tokens under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), issued by Olbra ApS (CVR 39729482), an e-money institution supervised by Finanstilsynet, the Danish FSA.

As a holder you have a claim against Olbra ApS. You may redeem your tokens at any time, at par value, in the official currency the token references, free of charge, under Article 49 of MiCA. Redemption is a legal right, not a discretionary service.

No interest

In accordance with Article 50 of MiCA, no interest and no other benefit related to the length of time you hold an e-money token is granted. E-money tokens are digital cash, not an investment or savings product.

How to redeem

Redemption conditions, timing and the operational procedure are set out in Part D of each token's whitepaper. Once your account is approved and a payout bank account has been verified, you can start a redemption from your redemption page. If you cannot access the application, contact [email protected] and we will handle the redemption directly — your Article 49 right does not depend on the availability of this application.

Whitepapers

A MiCA whitepaper for each e-money token has been notified to Finanstilsynet and is published below. Under MiCA, whitepapers for e-money tokens are notified to the competent authority; they are not subject to prior approval.

The whitepapers were notified under the issuer's former legal name, Eurodollar ApS. Olbra ApS is the same legal entity (CVR 39729482), renamed in July 2026; the notified documents remain in force and are republished unchanged.
